Salesforce Developer/Administrator for a biopharmaceutical client: translated changing business needs into shipped work on Service Cloud and digital experiences. Delivered an external-facing community and Visualforce/Lightning UI for partners and patients, strengthened security with profiles, roles, permission sets, OWD, and sharing—including Apex-managed sharing where requirements demanded it.

Built automation (workflows, integrations with in-house systems), Knowledge, document and imaging patterns, and email-to-case. Owned test coverage for Apex and triggers and stood up reports and dashboards so leadership could see adoption, case volume, and platform health.
